Direct Access is NOT insurance and does NOT require premiums.  It is like a discount club with volume pricing.  As a member you receive the same volume discounts as a large insurance company in exchange for an annual membership fee.  Discounts range from 20% to 60% or more depending on the type of services you require.

How Does it Work?

1. Complete the enrollment form and pay the annual membership fee.
2. You will receive a membership card and welcome information within 3 to 5 business days.* 
3. Present your membership card at a participating dental office at your next appointment.
4. Pay the discounted fees when services are received.
